Founded in 1953, this student paper calls a spade a spade, shoots from the hip, and aims for honesty, honour and humour. Pick up the paper at Arc stands around campus or check out the weekly news online. If you’ve got an article idea, a tip off about a campus issue, or a story to tell contact the editorial team and see that idea come to life.
Contributing to Tharunka gives students an opportunity to build their portfolio in news writing, creative writing, design, illustration, editing and research. Being part of the team will give you industry-relevant experience in print and online publishing, with the editorial team and Arc providing mentorship and training to further your skill development.
