The direct and indirect impacts of the conflict can be distressing and this is a highly sensitive and stressful time for many.

- NSW Transcultural Mental Health Line (1800 648 911), which can provide mental health support in multiple languages
- NSW Service for the Treatment and Rehabilitation of Torture and Trauma Services (NSW STARTTS) (02 9646 6800) helps people from refugee backgrounds who may need mental health support
- Anti-Discrimination NSW can be used to report incidents of racism, discrimination, Antisemitism or Islamophobia
- The Australian Red Cross offers helpful information to support your community, friends and family through distressing events
- UNSW Mental Health Connect can guide UNSW students to the right supports according to your needs. There is an after-hours text support line (0485 826 595) for help between 5pm and 9am on weekdays and 24/7 on weekends and public holidays
