Dr. Alison Parcsi

Dr Alison Parcsi is currently on extended leave and will return to the health service later in 2024.

Dr Alison Parcsi is a graduate of UNSW (1996) and also holds a Masters degree International Public Health (UNSW 2014) and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (2002).

Alison joined the UNSW Health Service in 2003 after working in many and varied practices, both rural and urban and a year as a volunteer, emergency doctor in Kiribati.

Alison enjoys looking after patients of all ages, genders, is LGBTQI friendly and enjoys the cultural diversity of university practice.

Her areas of special interest are all aspects of women’s health, sexual health, children’s health, travel medicine and mental health.

Alison is an accredited antenatal shared care provided at Royal Women’s Hospital Randwick and has completed the Family Planning National Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health.

Outside of work Alison enjoys camping adventures with her family, reading, puzzles and has recently adopted a puppy!
