
Due to a planned outage, our ticketing system, known as CASD (or Service Point) will be offline, from 6pm Friday 13 June until 11am Saturday 14 June while we undertake essential maintenance to improve performance. After this time, we aim to restore CASD, however, intermittent outages may continue until 6pm Sunday 15 June as work continues throughout the weekend.
How will this impact you?
While CASD (Service Point) is offline, you will not be able to:
- report technical issues or incidents relating to IT, Finance, HR or Estate Management
- submit new service requests
- access the Service Point portal.
Support remains available during the outage through these channels:
- call the IT Service Centre, on 9385 1333, between Saturday 14 June 11am-3pm
- contact the on-call incident manager (for critical incidents only), on 9385 1333.
Any emails sent to the CASD system during the outage will be automatically queued and processed once the system is back online.
