Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious? We are here to help! Join our free and in-person Mindfulness Workshops where we will share and practice a variety of stress reduction techniques.
Each week will look a little bit different, with the aim to increase your mindfulness skills during each group session that you attend, while inviting curiosity, interactive experiences, creative activities and fun.

De-stress using gentle basic movements from yoga, tai-chi, and qi gong while also embodying mindfulness techniques

Sensing Mindfulness
Experience living in the present moment by focusing on our five senses – taste, smell, sight, sound, and touch. This workshop will aim to help us slow down and enjoy our experiences more fully.

Paint Yourself Calm
Relax by doodling with watercolours in today’s creative workshop. Please note that this is not an art class. We will be focusing on remaining present whilst using watercolours and letting go of thinking of the final product.

This week we will be creating floral wall hangings. We will be focusing on the present moment by tuning into the different sensations that dried flowers and other natural objects offer. This creative workshop is sure to be engaging and fun!
