The University has a quota system, to ensure each faculty's enrolment is maintained at a level which maximises the quality of the teaching and learning experience at UNSW. Once a set number of offers for a faculty have been issued by the University for a particular term/semester any subsequent application received will be assessed for the next available term/semester.
A quota may be reached before the deadlines listed above - especially in high demand areas such as Commerce and faculties with limited places such as Medicine. We advise you to submit your completed application as early as possible and not to wait until the deadline.
For faculties where the quota has not been reached, applications received after the deadline will still be considered, however, the University cannot guarantee that they will be processed in time for commencement of your preferred term/semester.
Please refer to the Academic Calendar, for term/semester beginning and end dates.
