Student Support Advisors are here to help you navigate the demands of university so you can succeed in your studies. If you need help or information about university life, student visas, well-being, or academic performance the team can provide personalised advice just for you.

Feeling unsafe, want to report an incident, or need help?
UNSW holds its students and staff to the highest standards. If you wish to make a complaint or find out more about how to make a complaint, you can do that here. The Sexual Misconduct Portal also provides information on UNSW's code of conduct, what to do if it has been breached and other resources. 

Are you living with a health condition or disability that impacts your studies?
The Equitable Learning Services team can help you with practical support and provide you with an Equitable Learning Plan to ensure your health doesn't affect your studies.

Need to level up your academic skills?
Academic Skills Support can help you develop your academic and research skills with online workshops, individual consultations and provide comprehensive feedback on your writing.

Need an extension or review on an assessment?
If you're experiencing short term challenges such as illness or events out of your control that is affecting your ability to complete coursework, you may be eligible for a Special Consideration. 

Nura Gili: Centre for Indigenous Programs are student-facing services, programs and study facilities. They offer study spaces and meeting places for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and researchers and additional support for UNSW's Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander students.
