Student Wellbeing Course

University can be a stressful, but rewarding experience! Whether you’ve just enrolled, or are finishing your final year, there can be a lot of demands to juggle. So together with students This Way Up have developed this Student Wellbeing Program to help you manage your stress and take control of your wellbeing – so that you can get the most out of your university experience!

This Way Up is part of the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD), a joint facility of St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW. 

How much will it cost?

This course is free.

Who will find this course useful?

This course is intended to help university students who would like to boost their mental wellbeing and/or reduce their stress levels.

Course duration

This course is self-paced and designed to be completed within 3 months. We recommend completing one module every week. However, you can complete the course as quickly or as slowly as you like within the 3 months. Once you complete all 8 modules, you will be granted an extra 12 months access to the course so that you can practise and review the skills covered in the course.

What type of support will I receive?

This is a self-guided course. To help you keep on track, you will receive emails and SMS reminders to complete your next available module.
