Mental Health Connect is your first point of contact to get help at UNSW. Fill out the confidential form, and then we will contact you about the best help options for you, whether that be with a UNSW service or with an external provider. Mon- Fri: 9am - 5pm.

After Hours Mental Health Support Line: +61 (2) 9385 5418​, 5pm-9am and all weekend, or TEXT 0485 826 595. Available for all students based in Australia.

Medibank Health & Support Hotline: +61 (2) 89050307, Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For international students, not in Australia.

Reporting Sexual Assault/ Harassment: Equity, Diversity and Inclusion can support you if you have been a victim of sexual assault or harassment.

UNSW Psychology and Wellness provides a confidential counselling service to all students enrolled at UNSW. Psychology and Wellness is open Monday to Friday:9am to 5pm. Appointments are made through Mental Health Connect.

Student support can help you with any challenges that may be affecting your studies, whether that be academic, financial, wellbeing concerns or visas. student.unsw.edu.au/advisors
