Term 1, 2025 - Exam Period (GD1)

21 Apr – 2 May 2025

Term 2, 2025 - Drop course enrolment if failed to class register (GD2)

6 May 2025

If you have not registered for Global Diploma Teaching Period 2 (GD2) classes by this date, your enrolment in the course will be cancelled.

Term 1, 2025 - Release of Results (GD1)

9 May 2025

12:00pm Sydney time (AEDT) to myUNSW.

Term 2, 2025 - Enrolment deadline (GD2)

18 May 2025, 11:59pm

Last day to add or swap courses via myUNSW for Global Diploma Teaching Period 2 (GD2).

Term 2, 2025 - Payment due (GD2)

18 May 2025, 11:59pm

Last day to pay fees for Global Diploma Teaching Period 2 (GD2) via myUNSW.

Term 2, 2025 - Census date (GD2)

5 Jun 2025, 11:59pm

Last day to drop Global Diploma Teaching Period 2 (GD2) courses without financial liability.

2025 King's Birthday public holiday

9 Jun 2025

Term 2, 2025 - Deadline to drop WITHOUT academic penalty (GD2)

29 Jun 2025, 11:59pm

Last day to drop Global Diploma Teaching Period 2 (GD2) courses without academic penalty, resulting in a grade of NF (course discontinued without failure).

Term 3, 2025 - Class registration begins by appointment

21 Jul 2025

Check your class registration appointment and register for classes via myUNSW. All Teaching Periods (T3, T3A, T3B, T3C, M3A, AFB, GD3).

Term 2, 2025 - Deadline to drop WITH academic penalty (GD2)

1 Aug 2025, 11:59pm

Last day to drop Global Diploma Teaching Period 2 (GD2) courses with academic penalty, resulting in a grade of AW (Academic Withdrawal).
