We are excited to let you know we are offering our GETTING THINGS DONE workshop again over one day, during O week for Term 2, 2025. If you have ever wondered why it feels so hard to get started with your assessments or stay on top of your workload this could be just what you’re looking for!
In this group we discover the science behind procrastination and evidenced based strategies for creating a “Getting Things Done” approach to study. We also share some simple self-compassion activities for when we get ‘stuck’ and feel burdened with the difficult feelings that often show up when there’s work to be done.
We hope this workshop will support you in your studies for the remainder of term and beyond. Previous participants found it very helpful to contribute to and learn from other students. We hope to see you there.
