Eligibility for free airport shuttle
- You must be a UNSW international student. Your student ID number is required to complete the online booking.
- You must confirm your booking at least 2 working days before your arrival date.

- Please note that UNSW College students are ineligible for the free service and will incur a fee upon booking.

Arrival at Sydney Airport
If you require assistance at the airport you can visit the International Student Airport Welcome Desk located in the International Arrivals Hall. The International Student Welcome Desk at Sydney Airport currently operates Mon-Fri from 7:30am to 1:00pm.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book the service if I am travelling with additional passengers?
If you are travelling with additional people who are not UNSW students, a fee will be payable during the booking process. Please specify in the booking form that you will have additional travellers with you. If the additional passenger is a UNSW student, they must complete a separate booking.
- 1 additional Parent/person: $35
- 2 additional Parents/people: $55
Where will I meet the driver?
The driver will meet you in front of the McDonald’s restaurant located inside the international arrival terminal. You will also get the details in the confirmation email after you book.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each student can bring 2 check-in luggage and 2 carry-on luggage free of charge. Any additional check-in luggage will be $5 per luggage.
Is this service only available from the International Terminal at Sydney Airport?
No, the free shuttle service is available from both the International and Domestic Terminals at Sydney Airport.
