Layla

I am currently in my third year studying a Bachelor of Advanced Science, majoring in Pathology and Genetics at UNSW. I was born in Australia and am half Australian, half Japanese. In my free time, I enjoy reading books and spending time with my dog.

My main objective as a Let's CommUNIcate facilitator is to really engage and help build a sense of community within this program, through connecting and supporting discussions amongst people from all across the world!

Cassie

I am in my third year studying Education/Arts, majoring in Geography. I was born in China and have been studying in Australia for over three years now. I like photography and going outdoors to enjoy the beautiful nature.

I am very excited to be one of the Let's CommUNIcate facilitators. My goal is to help more international students like me by assisting them to improve their language skills, and create an inclusive and welcoming community for them. I hope they find Let's CommUNIcate a safe space to speak English and help each other grow.

Alisha

I am a fourth-year Arts/Law student. I am Nepali but I was born and raised in Hong Kong! I love doing anything that is hands-on, including cooking, crocheting, and embroidery.

As a facilitator, I hope to be able to create a fun and non-judgmental space as we’re all learning and growing!

Eva

I am a 3rd year Psychology (Honours) student from Australia. In my spare time, I really enjoy hiking, going on picnics, and visiting new cafes.

As a facilitator, my goal is to create a supportive space for international students to connect with each other. I would also like all students to share and learn about each other's experiences and cultures.
