Which Documents will be available for Graduates, through My eQuals?
- Testamur (degree certificate)
- Official Academic Transcript
- Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)
Who Can Access Documents via My eQuals?
If you have completed your studies in or after Semester 1 2018, electronically verified copies of your Testamur, Official Academic Transcript and AHEGS will become available within a week from the Monday following Conferral.
If you are a current student or have completed your studies prior to Semester 1 2018, you may apply for a digital copy of your Official Academic Transcript (fee applies) via the Transcripts Office. Digital copies of AHEGS and Testamurs are not available at this time.
How long will I be able to access my documents through My eQuals?
Your documents will be available on your My eQuals account, indefinitely.
Will I still receive paper copies of my documents at Graduation?
At your graduation ceremony you will be given a folder containing your testamur (degree certificate).
Why My eQuals?
Your online documents in My eQuals can only be produced by UNSW and cannot be modified in My eQuals. Therefore, if you give a third party (a potential employer for example), access to your online academic record, the third party will be able to rely on the authenticity of your documents and not have to undertake a manual back to source check to verify your documentation.
