Throughout O-Week and Welcome Week the UNSW Health and Wellbeing Ambassadors will be on campus checking UNSW Staff and Students' Blod Pressure for May Measurement Month.
You might be thinking you're too young, too fit or too healthy to have to think about these things, but what's the harm in checking?
Things like stress, physical activity and nutrition can all impact our heart health and raised blood pressure is the number one cause of preventable death worldwide.
All it takes is a quick arm squeeze and our UNSW Health team will be there to answer any questions and direct you to the support services you need.
