This March, UNSW is supporting you with the tough stuff with free events, workshops and resources for students, staff and the local community.
We have a full list of events and resources for you to engage with to learn more about how to navigate your own mental health as well as how you can help others.
Mental Health March is created by UNSW Health Promotions Unit in partnership with students and staff across UNSW. We aim to encourage the UNSW community to build health literacy, capacity skills and lifelong positive changes that will improve their overall health and wellbeing well beyond their time at UNSW.
