Is perfectionism keeping you stuck?

Understanding perfectionism and finding strategies get unstuck without being told to lower your standards.

Have you noticed that pursuing your high standards of excellence can be self-defeating at times?  Have you noticed that you become very critical and judgemental of yourself when you don’t feel that you’ve met those standards? Have you noticed yourself feeling increasingly anxious and overwhelmed?

In this new group run by a Psychology and Wellness, we will be exploring how perfectionism can develop, how perfectionism can keep us stuck in a vicious cycle of fear, self-doubt and self-criticism and develop some useful tools to get unstuck.

This group will be run in person and will be broken down into four parts across four weeks. We encourage you to attend all sessions so that you can get the most benefit from the group. Booking one ticket will enrol you for all four weeks of content.
