This year, UNSW Health Promotions Unit invites all students to improve mood and stress through exercise!
Happening every Tuesday at 5pm - 6pm from September 14th.
Join us for an exercise class to find out how exercising promotes a complete approach to our well-being and how you can incorporate mindfulness into exercise. Come along to make new friends, break in a sweat, try out something new and wind down after a long week.

The UNSW Health Promotions Unit aims to encourage the UNSW community to engage in conversations surrounding the often challenging topics of mental health and wellbeing. The team offers workshops, resources and mental health services to all UNSW Students and Staff.
