Join Psychology & Wellness for free weekly workshops to experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation and learn a valuable stress relief technique to improve your mental fitness.
Sessions for Term 2 are delivered by a Psychologist from Psychology & Wellness on Wednesdays 12pm to 12:45pm from 8 June to 27 July 2022.
Each week’s mindfulness topic and exercises will be different to help you get an idea of how you can practice mindfulness on a daily basis. You can come to an individual session to practice mindfulness however to get the full benefits we recommend that you attend as many sessions as you can.
