Low Mood Workshop

Sometimes our low moods can get the better of us, but we don't need to do it alone. 

These weekly workshops Psychology and Wellness will provide you with skills and knowledge to manage low mood and depression. 

Why attend? 

  • Understand signs and symptoms of low mood and depression. 
  • Develop positive skills in dealing with low mood and depression. 
  • Learn practical strategies to improve your mental health.
