Join Psychology & Wellness in this 3-part workshop where you will learn how to cope with those common anxiety-inducing situations that often come with managing your studies.

  • 19 July (Week 8) Understanding Anxiety and how it affects me
  • 26 July (Week 9) Anxiety and Procrastination 
  • 2 August (Week 10) Exam Anxiety
