The UNSW Built Environment (BE) Student Ambassadors (SAs) main role is to assist, on a needs basis, with the marketing and promotional activities of BE throughout the university year. Ambassadors are often the first contact that prospective students have with UNSW BE at careers markets or when visiting high schools. These visits are conducted on a regular basis throughout the year.
- Ambassadors are required to attend various on-campus and off-campus events, including at Open Days, career markets, school visits and other promotional events.
- The Ambassadors are responsible for assisting the Community Engagement and Marketing officer in the provision of accurate information on programs offered at BE, admission requirements, student support services and university life to prospective students.
- The Ambassadors are also required to participate in the major promotional events held by UNSW, such as UNSW Open Day (September) and UNSW Info Day (January).
Interested students must be a UNSW BE student, with a minimum of one year’s study completed.
Relevant training will be provided.
As-need basis until end of time at UNSW.
