The Honeywell Engineering Summer School brings together approximately 100 students from across NSW and ACT who are about to enter their final year of high school (year 12). The Head Houseparent manages a team of 11 Houseparents who provide day to day support to about 120 students and live at their accommodation.
A team of Houseparents look after the participants in the first week of December. The Houseparents are undergraduates from formal participating universities and will accompany the students to all their tours, site visits and activities. They are also in residence at the same accommodation as the students.
